Please read these terms carefully before using the batjil platform. This document will be treated as a legal agreement between you and us.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the batjil website and all related services. By visiting the website, registering an account, or playing any game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this platform. These Terms may change from time to time and will take effect from the date the updated version is published.

Eligibility and Age Limit
The batjil platform is for persons aged 21 and above only. If any underage person participates on this platform, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
Eligibility Requirements for Registration
To open an account on batjil, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be a legally capable person under the laws of Bangladesh.
- You must register with accurate and complete personal information.
- You must not be located in any country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
- You must have an active mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) in your own name.
- As a user, you may operate only one account.
If it is proven at any time that a user has not met any of the above conditions, batjil reserves the right to suspend or cancel that account at any time.
Account Registration and Management
Registration Process
To successfully open an account on batjil, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Information provided at registration may be verified at a later stage. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being cancelled.
Only one account is permitted per user. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as bonus fraud.
Login and Password Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Never share your password with any third party.
Notify our support team as soon as you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. batjil will not be responsible for losses caused by third-party access to your account.
Identity Verification (KYC)
batjil may request to verify your identity at any time. This may include requesting a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued ID. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposits
The following conditions apply to deposits on the batjil platform:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
- Deposits are generally processed instantly.
- The deposit must come from your own mobile banking account.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned.
Withdrawals
Rules regarding withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
General Transaction Policy
All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any errors or disputes regarding a transaction must be reported to the support team within 72 hours. batjil reserves the right to investigate incomplete transactions caused by technical errors.
If money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is suspected, batjil reserves the right to hold the relevant transaction and notify the authorities.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
batjil's welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total Balance ৳2,200.
- Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 (maximum limit) → Total Balance ৳15,000.
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x. This means the bonus funds will only become withdrawable after placing bets worth 20 times the bonus amount.
General Terms for Bonus Use
- A bonus must be used within a specified period; after the period expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Having multiple bonuses active at the same time may not be possible under the rules.
- Any existing balance must be wagered before receiving a bonus.
- Withdrawal requests will not be accepted if all bonus conditions have not been met.
- batjil reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the entire bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
VIP Program
batjil has five VIP tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Moving up a VIP tier depends on the user's regular and active participation. VIP benefits are non-transferable.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
Gaming Rules
All games on the batjil platform are conducted fairly. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the description of each game.
- If a technical problem occurs during a game, batjil will make a decision after investigating the situation.
- Game results are final and will be determined by server logs.
- If an abnormal payout occurs in any game due to a software error or human mistake, batjil reserves the right to cancel that payment.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Abusing or defrauding the bonus system.
- Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Using bots or automated software.
- Collusion or secret agreements with other players.
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
